Returns & Refund Policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you can request a return within 14 days of receiving your item.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it. It must be unused, unworn, with tags still attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need a receipt or proof of purchase.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We do not accept returns sent back without a prior return request.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. This allows us to evaluate the issue and resolve it as quickly as possible.

Exceptions / Non-returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned. These include digital products.

European Union 14-Day Right of Withdrawal

If the above conditions do not prevent it, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without justification, in accordance with EU consumer protection laws.

Refunds

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and let you know whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, you will be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.
